SERVICE AGREEMENT

INCLUDES:

• 2 Annual visits—one for A/C; one for Heat
• Inspect and adjust all temperature and safety controls
• Check refrigeration system for leaks and moisture
• Check refrigerant charge (up to 1 lb. included)
• Inspect compressor oil level and crank case heaters
• Check head pressure, suction pressure and oil pressure
• Inspect air filters and replace
• Check condensate drains and drain pans and clean, if necessary
• Inspect damper operation
• Check/clean condenser coils
• Check condenser fan motor and capacitors
• Check T- stat operation
• Check service disconnect switches
• Check carbon monoxide PPM
• Check static pressures/ switches and hoses
• Check gas valve operation and adjust
• Check temp rise
• Lubricate all moving parts, as necessary
• Check heat exchanger
• Check blower
• Adjust belt tension
• Motor and capacitor
• Check evaporator coil condition
• Inspect general condition of ductwork
• Run machine through complete cycle
